This coffee presents a different approach than our last few. Really highlighting how a tea-like brew can really shine through when brewed correctly. Expects lots of brightness!

We have been working with Mió since 2021, and love doing so. Their approach to traceability is second to none. And year on year, they are innovating, coming up with ways to improve coffee production - whether that be new fermentation techniques or coming up with ways to combat climate's effect on yearly yields.

As soon as we tried Calherro, we knew this had to be earmarked for Out of this World, and here we are.
