Out of this World - Yesid Vargas

Milk & Beans' third iteration of Out of This World. Presenting to you an outstanding Pink Bourbon from the producer Yesid Vargas.

This coffee presents a slight turn down in acidity compared to the last two. Giving lots of delicate fruity notes.

Yesid Vargas' coffee journey began when he was 17 and received a lot of coffee from his grandfather. Yesid wanted to join the National Army and this lot given to him would help him financially.

Unfortunately, at 27 years old, Yesid was hit by an anti-personnel mine, meaning he had to retire from the military due to disability.

Yesid returned to living in the countryside, which was one of his childhood passions. It has since become his greatest passion: El Ventilador farm. Located in El Higuerón, Yesid and his family manage 11 hectares of land.

The main variety grown here is Pink Bourbon. The results are phenomenal and we're so proud to have it on our offering.
