To commemorate Milk & Beans' 1st birthday, we have released this beautifully bright coffee from our Brazilian producing partners Mió. With tasting notes of Strawberry, Turkish Delight and Honey.

Acime represents what happens when producers are meticulous about processing and innovation. This technique was pioneered by Dr Lucas Louzada Pereira, whose approach to processing is genuinely astounding.
This processing is a mix anaerobic and aerobic fermentation, creating two environments in one. Coffee cherries close to the walls of the fermentation bags, while the cherries in the bag are kept away.
No word of a lie, so when I first tasted this coffee, I took a single sip and said "I need it". I messaged my good friend Grace immediately and told her I wanted some.
