This coffee originates from the Cusco region of Peru. The indigenous farmers follow their ancestors footsteps, paying close attention to the environment and to the health of the soils and irrigation to keep the coffee trees thriving.

The San Fernando Cooperative works alongside another Cooperative (Valle Incahuase), which is the area's central processing plant for 1,000 members. There is great attention to detail at the station, which is very evident in the quality this coffee possesses.
