Milk & Beans' first Gesha! Produced by the fantastic Liliana Caballero at her farm Hacienda Casablanca. A farm where biodiversity is prioritised and preserved.

Undergoing anaerobic and aerobic fermentations for around 70-80 hours. The coffee is then dried initially using silos for 36 hours and then sun dried for 30 days.

This coffee is sweet, so, so sweet. Typically great for manual brew methods, but genuinely some of our favourites cups have come on espresso.
